Vegan-Forum

I'd love to participate in a vegan cooking class. Does anybody have a recommendation where to find a good one in Berlin, Cologne, Brussels or Luxembourg? I'd favour a course in English since I'd like to attend to it with a friend who doesn't speak German, but if you know one that you can highly recommend I might be able to just translate a bit to my friend during the course.
